Somewhere around 75 planes and hundreds of ships have been reported missing over the years. Based on studying NASA satellite images, scientists, specifically meteorologists, now theorize that the area of the Bermuda triangle contains an unusual number of hexagonal clouds that can create 170 mile per hour winds and air bombs full of wind.
Some of the clouds reach 20 to 55 miles across and waves inside these winds can be as high as 45 feet. Of course, this is still a theory but scientists are studying more satellite imagery to try to confirm this theory.
