You may think that ants can only be divided into two - the red ants and the black ants but there are so many more species of ants that should be noted. Researchers always keep track of the different species that are available. According to their latest count, there are 12,000 species of ants that have been identified.

The great thing about ants is that they are very strong. They can definitely carry food that is heavier than them. There are some queen ants that are considered huge because they have lived for a long time. Some queen ants can give birth to millions of ants.
