Raccoons are very intelligent wild animals, many have successes in taming them. Domesticating raccoons is illegal in many states. Raccoons require high level of maintenance and a knowledgeable guardian of it is to be domesticated.

Raccoons are cute and adorable when they are young but they can become stubborn and dangerous as they grow. Raccoons are not pets and it is advised that you do not domesticate them.

Having wildlife as pets is a theme that is yet to proven wrong. Some people are happy keeping wildlife as pets while others grumble against keeping wildlife as pets in light of the fact that, not at all like canines and felines, these animals don't have a long history of taming.

Raccoons fall into the classification of wildlife kept as pets. Furthermore, it's surely not remarkable.
Raccoons are wild animals; it is unlawful to keep them in some states. States that do permit raccoons as pets generally require laws.

In the wild, a raccoon has a future of around 2 to 3 years, however when domesticated, a raccoon can live for over 20 years. The raccoon is an omnivorous and carnivorous eater, with its eating regimen decided vigorously by its environment.
