This was perhaps the most stupid marketing move ever and since then, the business has shut down completely. In another big marketing disaster, Fiat stalked its customers and wrote more than 50000 love letters on a pink themed paper for independently working women of modern times all over Spain.
They did this to market a car that was soon set to be released. They made the love letter look like someone was watching the women from afar and did not even place a logo on it. The idea was to reveal the secret lover as the car itself.
