The correct answer to this question isthe IP address 168.192.10.1. Networks 1.0.0.0 through 127.0.0.0 are class A IP addresses. Networks ranging from128.0.0.0 through 191.255.0.0 are class B IP adresses. Networks ranging from 192.0.0.0 through 223.255.255.0 are considered Class C IP addresses.

The remaining numbers are for the specific device, using the 0-255 range, unless it's class C which uses the which goes up to 223. If an IP number falls outside and of the above ranges, then it is considered invalid and is rendered not valid for general use. The IP address in this answer, 168.192.10.1, would be considered a valid Class B IP address.
