Request fulfillment is responsible for low risk, frequently occurring, low-cost changes. To reflect the latest guidance request fulfillment now consists of five subprocesses, to provide a detailed description of all activities and decision points.
It now contains interfaces. Subprocesses include, request fulfillment supports, request logging and categorization, request model execution, request monitoring escalation, request closure and evaluation. In this, there are roles and responsibilities. Service request fulfillment groups specialize in the fulfillment of certain types of service requests. Typically, first level supports will process similar requests.
