The Continual Service Improvement model is a way of providing ways for improvement. Metrics drive this. Usually, the continual service improvement model is used in IT organizations. There are seven steps to this process for it to be effective. Even though it seems like this would be accessible by using the seven steps provided, it is not that easy. The first step is to define your goals and create a strategy.
The second step is to identify the metrics that you want to use. The third step is to get information and data. The fourth step is to use the information and processor organize it. The fifth step is to analyze the data. The sixth step is to present them, and the seventh is to implement it. There the stage about the budget is not part of this process.
