OK, I have just about had it with this error-filled test. The eyes of Dr. T. J. Eckleburg represent the empty, godless nature of most of the novel's characters. This is emphasized when George Wilson, in the wake of his wife's death, looks at the billboard and says, "You can't fool God. God sees everything." The instructor who wrote this quiz needs to read the book and some reliable literary criticism and analysis of it.

Geography, the Eyes of T.J eckleburg represent truth and judgement, West Egg represents new money, and the green light represents Gatsby's American Dream.
