How many Ballon D'ors would Diego Maradona have won if non-European players were eligible during his era?

There is no doubt that Diego Maradona would have won several Ballon D’ors if he had been eligible during his era. Because Diego Maradona is from Argentina, he was not eligible when non-European players could not win the award.

He was considered one the greatest football players of all time in the 1980s and 1990s however if he were playing now he would have to compete with other incredible players. I am sure Diego Maradona would have win some but we should leave room for other current greats as well.
