I think that the IT jobs use a lot of brainpower and so people in that field get more tired quicker and easier than people in another field. They always have to be thinking and creating and doing that takes a lot of energy so I think people retire from IT jobs or they quit it all together. I also think it is a frustrating job at times. Some IT jobs require people to help other people when their computer breaks down.
These people usually call a help desk and the IT person will have to solve their problems over the phone. Usually when the people call in they are usually rude and disrespectful and I’m sure the IT person gets tired of being treated does respectfully.
