To become president of the United States there are certain criteria that must be met and proven to be true. One of the things that someone must have to be president of the United States is that they must be at least 35 years old. Another factor is that the person must have been born in the United States. They could not have received citizenship after they were born. There doesn’t seem to be at this time criteria that includes the language that the person speaks.
However, it seems that in order to communicate with the citizens of the United States, the person needs to speak English. It would be difficult for this person who does not speak English to communicate their beliefs to the voters because the voters would not understand them.
