From the scientists’ reports up until now, they found that the temperature is rising. It began in 1880 when the scientists began collecting data about the temperatures. In 2012, they found that in that length of time, the temperature on average has risen a little less than one degree. It does not take much to cause the polar icecaps to melt. Once they begin melting, they will continue melting.
Then the melting of the ice will flood the coastal areas of the earth. It may not take place for a long time, but we still need to do something about it now. It is not fair to people in the future to have to deal with the way the earth will be because of the careless things that we did now.
