People say that the KKK believe in American democracy and support it, but they only believe in white supremacy. Democracy is a type of government where the citizens get to make the decisions in some form or fashion. With the KKK, they want people to believe that they are promoting democracy, but they only focus on one race. Democracy includes all citizens from every race. It includes everyone.

So, it is hard to believe that the Ku Klux Klan believes in American democracy as the definition of this term is known to everyone. They may believe in their own kind of democracy, but they certainly don’t act that way. American democracy is a powerful way for Americans but not in the way that the KKK does things.
