They go yo blood bank the lavender tubes are for type and screen

A purple vacutainer would go to hematology and contains EDTA but in my book it states that Pink vacutainer contains EDTA and would go to the blood bank laboratory, because the tests are type and screen which determines blood type and another Cross Match which match blood type/Rh to donor for transfusion
