No Iran and Saudi Arabia do not have the same view on the Israeli issue. I’m not positive what is meant by the word issue in this question because there are several issues. But, in general, Saudi Arabia is comprised of a majority of Muslims who belong to the Sunni sect. In Iran, the vast majority of people (over 90%) belong to the Shi’ite sect.
Although Iran and Saudi Arabia are both Muslim countries, this religious differences play an important role in the Israeli issue because Middle Eastern countries have begun to form alliances based on religious beliefs rather than nationalism. This leaves Iran “against” Israel and Saudi Arabia “for” Israel.
