In my opinion, the most precious natural resource is the sunlight. This is a natural resource that is renewable, which means that it won't get degraded with time. For as long as the earth is revolving around its axis, the sun will continue to provide the sunlight which could very well be used for solar power.
This solar power can, in turn, be used to supply electricity to households and to small industries. Apart from renewable energy resources, coal is the most precious natural resource in the domain of non-renewable energy resources both in terms of its cost and power output.
