The United States is quite rich in terms of natural resources. Firstly, the United States owns a great deal of arable land. This means that ore farming can be done on these lands since these areas of land have fertile soil. Apart from that, it is also very rich in non-renewable natural resources such as crude oil, natural gas, certain minerals, and coal.

In the United States of America, there are the world’s largest coal reserves. Nearly, 27% of the entire world’s coal resources as located in the United States of America which equals to about 491 billion tons of coal.
