It appears there are only a very few active Twitter accounts in North Korea and they all belong to or have recognition from Kim Jong Un’s government. For example, one account called @DPRK News, stands for the official news agency of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and @northkoreatimes, an outline newspaper based in Pyongyang. One more account called @NorthKoreaDPRK belongs to The Korean Friendship Association (KFA), which does have full recognition from the government.
Also another account is The National Committee on North Korea, @NCNKorea, which allows for engagement between citizens of the United States and the government of North Korea. The people of North Korea don't have access to twitter or any other social network. They have access to only 25 government approved websites, although there are those who try to access them through VPN's, which are illegal.
