Yes, drop-shipping is still a feasible option but just like any business, drop-shipping has its advantages and disadvantages. And, perhaps even more importantly, you must have a product or service people want to buy frequently. Think things like toilet paper, or income tax filing as opposed to items people only purchase once or twice in their lifetimes. Once you have a great product, you must market, market, market. Then shipping the product to your customers and having returns processed by a drop-shipper does have advantages.
The biggest advantage is you don’t have to maintain an inventory in your home, garage or warehouse. Inventory is the most expensive costw in almost any business. But, of course, your relationship or contracts with your drop-shippers must be thoroughly researched and executed.
