Similarly, it might not be true that Armin Van Buren is the best DJ out there, but one thing is for sure that he is one of the best DJs to ever have lived. Though, he has been ranked as the number 1 DJ by the DJ mag for four straight years in row.
Hence, one can certainly call him the best but then, this view is subjective.
