CIA agents do have high tech gadgets, although they may not be exactly like the ones shown in Bond movies. The Spy Museum in Washington D.C. has exhibits of high tech gadgets used by real CIA agents throughout history. Some of the gadgets might not look high tech now but at the time of their use, they were on the cutting edge.
The gadgets that are currently being used by the CIA may not be able to be shown to the general public out of safety. Obvious high tech gadgets might give someone away as a spy if such devices are known to be associated with the CIA or other intelligence agencies.
