There were many reasons why Hillary lost to Trump in the 2016 election. The prime reason was that Hillary Clinton did not seem to have a plan just the way Donald Trump did. No matter how outrageous and weird his plans sounded like, all in all, Donald Trump did seem to have a very clear vision that which Hillary Clinton apparently lacked in her speeches.
Hence, she remained somewhat incapable of convincing the mass majority of the country to vote for her. In comparison, Donald Trump was very outspoken about his views. This was the prime reason why she ended up losing.
