What country is the most accepting of transsexuals?

One of the most transgender friendly country in the world is Uruguay. However with increasing awareness and more number of social campaigns all over the globe and on the social media, more and more people are becoming quite accepting of transgenders.

Still however, one third of the people in the United States do not accept transgender people as being an equal citizen of the society. This is quite saddening. Nevertheless, there is a lot of ray of hope that the world will soon become a better place and that every citizen will be considered equal regardless of their race, preferences, or body.
