ADHD stands for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. This is a disorder that makes it difficult to focus. Sometimes, people including adults can take medication in order to help them focus either at school or work. If you don’t want to take medication for whatever reason, there are other things that you can do to be a productive worker at your company. One thing that you can do is to make a checklist of the tasks that you have to do that day. Before starting your day, you should make this checklist.
Then follow the checklist. Make sure that you only write the tasks on your checklist that you know you can successfully accomplish that day. If you have a deadline for a big project later, you should divide the project into smaller tasks.
