Exercise is important to many people. For some people, exercise brings happiness because it brings them energy. Exercise creates endorphins in people which makes people happier. Other reasons to exercise seem more obvious like being healthier. People should not gain weight. It is not healthy and the best way to lose weight and stay healthy is to diet and exercise. Eating healthy foods is just as important as exercising. It seems that some people don’t mind eating healthier, but they hate having to find time to exercise.
However, they need to find the time. Exercising can also be done in order to socialize with people. If you are working out at a gym, then you can meet new people there.
