Anyone who has unusual or different things going on with their body should have some concern if they can’t explain why it is happening. For instance, if someone is drinking more fluids because they are running and exercising more, then this is normal and can be explained. On the other hand, if someone is drinking more fluids, but they haven’t changed any of their daily activities and can’t explain it, then they should be concerned. Drinking more fluids and then urinating more can be a symptom of diabetes.

Once you realize that you are urinating for no reason, you should set up an appointment with your doctor so that he or she can conduct tests on you to determine the cause of this excessive urination.
