I don’t believe that women outrank men in the insecurities department. I believe it all depends upon each individual person. Therefore, I believe that men are just as insecure as women. Men may be able to hide their insecurities better than women, but sometimes women are more emotional than men. Therefore, their insecurities may be more apparent.
However, if you observe a man, you can usually figure out his insecurities. He may be insecure about his height or weight just like a woman would be. Insecurities can result from people being teased about themselves. These things would be characteristics about the person who they feel that they can’t control or it is to difficult to control. In order to overcome someone’s insecurities, they may want to talk to a professional.
