Two parts led to the rise to the Third Reich. First, the Third Reich was the group from Germany that was a part of World War II. The Third Reich was part of the Nazis. During World War I, Germany struggled and when the war was over, Germans were in poverty and struggled with the economy. Therefore, there were many people who wanted to make sure that the economic downfall didn’t happen again. They started to build their military.

Also, a charismatic leader began to surface at speaking events. He became known to everyone as Adolph Hitler. His great speaking skills and promise of strengthening Germany made people believe him. Therefore, as Hitler traveled around Germany speaking about how to make Germany strong, this led to the rise of the Third Reich.
