Is there any difference between Geo-politics and Geo-strategy?

Politics can be influenced by many factors including economics, demographics and geography. There is a term to explain this influence on politics and it is called geopolitics. There are some examples of geopolitics and they are the way geographical features or landforms affect politics.

For instance, if a hurricane occurs and it hits a town that was not prepared for it even though the weatherman forecasted it, then the mayor or leaders of the town may be frowned upon because they did not do anything about it. So, in the next election or even before then, the mayor and other leaders may be without a job. Strategies also influence politics and geopolitics. Geostrategies falls under the broader category of geopolitics.
