Have you learned any important life lessons while playing video games?

I don’t think that I learned anything important from playing video games considering that I only played Super Mario Brothers and a few others like Pac Man. These video games do not have a lot of life lessons in them to learn from. However, I learned a lot about people while playing these games. Since these games were being played by many children and adults in the neighborhood while I was growing up, it allowed kids and adults to have something in common.

My dad and I would talk about these video games since we both played them a lot. It gave us something to talk about. My older sister would also play this video game and it would allow us to compete against each other and then help each other to play the game.
