One problem with stereotyping a group of people or calling all one group of people as something bad is that is just as bad as the people who might be racist. So, I don’t agree with the notion that all Hollywood producers are racist. I don’t believe that most of them are or that they have a habit of being racist.
Just like all industries, there are people who do a bad job at their career and there are people who are racist and then there are some that aren’t. In some ways, a few producers may show racism based on their background, but I don’t believe that they are any more racist than people in other professions. There are always some racist people in all professions.
