Meditation is when people clear their minds in order to focus on one thing. This thing is usually something relaxing and it usually done while sitting in a quiet space. The goal or outcome that is desired from people who meditate is to clear their mind and become happier. They may have released all of their stress during this meditation practices.
Sometimes, there are other things that can be included during the meditation session in order to release more stress and gain more energy. It is encouraged not to use psychedelic drugs with meditation. So, I don’t think there is any drug that would help with meditation. The whole point in meditating is to clear the mind and not create an altered state. You want to do the opposite with meditation.
