You can raise your vibration and frequency through meditation, active breathing, or just by simply doing something that makes you feel happy. The idea is that by engaging in activities that lead to a sense of peace and happiness will alter your internal energy. The highest vibrational frequency is love.
Anything that we do that moves us towards love and away from negative energy will increase our vibrational frequency. If meditation gives you peace and feelings of love, this is already increasing your frequency. The more you engage in positive energy producing activitities, the more you will move towards a higher frequency.
