A lot of studies show that no one is born a racist. It is how they are brought up that will change children’s perspective on the things that they are going through. Racism is something that needs to be explained to children the moment that they can understand it. The more that it is talked about, the more that children will understand that this is not a taboo topic that should be avoided.
It is best that children will grow up in an environment wherein there are obvious differences and similarities between people. They will begin to understand that in spite of these differences, people can live together without any problems.
Children can have some books wherein people who are all different learn to love each other no matter what their religion, or race is. Parents should always be prepared to answer questions that will be answered by children because they may not understand the things they are being exposed to in the beginning.
