The frontal nude photo shoot for Magazine got everyone talking much to her delight. This was on January 2011 on episode of kourtney and Kim Take New York; it was a real meltdown for Kim when everyone learns about her nudity through a W Magazine, the photos were published against her will.

This really upset the reality star and she for her this was a betrayal. She regretted the all event and promised not allow nude photo shoots on her as she realized she was taken advantage of. She eventually moved on and got married to Kanye west.
