I think by loophole in the question what you really want to know is if there is a wormhole that will allow humans to travel faster in space. There are theories out there that wormholes will allow humans to travel immediately from one place to an entirely different place with a single step or motion.
This is just a theory however and it has never been proven, and therefore no wormhole has ever been found. As we continue to explore space and learn about the universe, it is possible we will find a wormhole someday, or some other method of traveling faster through space.
