I believe that Kim Jong Un believes his own propaganda because it will be hard to come up with something that you personally do not believe in. There is always a lot of news about North Korea, and some of the pictures of King Jong Un that are released are sometimes hard to decipher, but they may sometimes mean something that only a few people would understand.
He believes that he is the master of his own destiny, so he will do things that will benefit him depending on the things that he would like to happen. This time he believes that he is the man that will lead his country to wealth and success.
No, I do not believe Kim Jong Un believes his own propaganda, at least not all of it. By using falsehoods, half-truths, and exaggeration, Kim is attempting to convince the outside world and his own people to embrace his personal world views. It is inconceivable to me how Kim Jong Un could actually believe some of the deliberate lies that he says.
You may have heard North Korea blasts music over loudspeakers. One song that is played during the day is, “We are the Happiest in the World”. If that were true, why are so many people in North Korea trying to defect to China and South Korea?
