Yes I believe in equal pay for equal work. Who wouldn’t believe in this? If a man and a woman are doing the same job, in the same company and working the same hours, the only issue that should decide how much they are paid is their performance on the job.
To generalize and pay a woman less than a man for doing the same work, is discrimination. Unfortunately although a lot of progress had been made to narrow the pay gap between women and men, women still experience about a 20% pay gap.Sadly, women are not expected to reach pay equality with men for another hundred years, or until 2119.
