Which weapon changed the game for the armed forces?

While the technology has not been totally perfected yet, I believe the use of weaponized drones will be a game changer in the armed forces. Swarms of drones or UAVs (unmanned aircraft vehicles) armed with machine guns or bombs is a terrifying thought. But, drones can also be used with little to no civilian casualties. Drones have already proven themselves highly effective in several military maneuvers.

For example, in December, 2016, drones were used in Libya to help defeat Islamic State (ISIS) fighters. More recently, in February 2018, the Israeli’s shot down an Iranian drone that had entered Israeli airspace from Syria.
