The mind-muscle connection is when you are aware of how your muscles are growing and the brain is aware of when movement takes place. It also controls it. Communication is needed between the muscles and the mind to perform these exercises like lifting weights. If the mind communicates more with the muscles, the person will be more successful in achieving their goals. There are certain steps that can be done in order to improve the mind-muscle connection especially when performing complex exercises.
First, the person must be aware that this is going to help their workouts. Second, warm up completely with stretching exercises and the exercises that you do before a workout. Then do the exercises in a slow fashion. Pump your muscles in between the exercises.
