Both men and women will try to bulk up over time. This means that they want to make their muscles bigger. They want them to get stronger. However, some people want these muscles to happen quickly when in reality it may take people normally weeks and months to build up muscles to where they want them to be. The term “cut” is also used to explain how a person wants to look by cutting out the fat.

The phases for bulking includes eating every few hours and five meals per day. Also, while bulking up, each workout should be observed so that they are progressing. When cutting, eating should be done even more frequently but the meals should be smaller. Workouts should include cardiovascular routines and people should not eat as many carbs.
