Cyberbullying should be discussed at some point during the child’s education, but it is more important for parents to educate their child about being cybersafe and what to look for from cyberbullying. Children usually understand cyberbullying since they are more knowledgeable and have more experience with the latest technology. Parents need to be more involved in their child’s social media where they have access to it and they are responsible for their child’s behavior ultimately.

Cyberbullying has become a popular topic due to students understanding the concept by media and their parents and siblings. Therefore, parents and schools should explain and monitor cyberbullying.
