Exposure and money is important for an artist that is a musician or rapper. This in a sense shows their success. In regard to Drake, he has achieved success and has gained exposure and money due to his music.

The amount of exposure and money does seem to be in accordance with his talent. When musicians begin to use ghostwriters for their music, then their status may decrease. Even artists lip sync to their music during a concert or performance, they may also lose credit as a great singer and songwriter. In Drake’s past, he has been known to hire ghostwriters to write his music. This decreases his lyric ability in the eyes of the public. Even if he didn’t, a rumor swirling that he did can do just as much damage.
