Have you ever imagined that what does it really like to be in a coma? Some of you may think that being in a coma is like being dead. That means you can’t feel anything, your senses don’t work properly.
There are much more exciting things about coma which you should know before reaching any conclusion.
After many studies and surveys, neurologists have concluded that “Coma is like a deep sleep where someone in a coma will be unable to respond to light, voice, verbal communication”. They are incapable of initiating any action. After conducting a survey with the patients who recovered from this trauma, neurologists found that these people can’t remember much of what happened during the time interval when they were in a coma. Their memories were totally foggy.
However, they were able to recall dreams of their families surrounding with them with love and support. And let me tell you one thing that waking up from a coma is somehow exactly like waking up from dreams where you don’t remember what happened in your surroundings. And at the end of the day, you are left with vague memories of the things you have dreamt.
