Intermittent fasting has become a diet or weight loss program for many people because they have found it very successful. Instead of being like most diet programs where they specify which food and the quantities of foods to eat, intermittent fasting is focused on when the dieters should be eating. People will fast or stop eating for about 16 hours of the day about two times per week.
