Will Nuclear Weapons ever be used again?

Even though nuclear weapons have not been used for a long time, there are still countless nuclear testing that is being done all over the world. This increases the chance that nuclear weapons will happen again in the future. This is known to be very bad for people, especially since nuclear weapons are very powerful.

They will have the ability to wipe out a lot of places in a short amount of time — one of the countries that do a lot of nuclear testing in North Korea. People do not exactly know if they would use their weapons in the long run, but that would be dangerous if in case this would happen.

Nuclear weapons are those that actually are from a nuclear reaction. Even though a nuclear bomb may seem minor compared to what people think of it, the result of this bomb exploding actually sends large amounts of nuclear energy and radiation into the air. The only time nuclear weapons were used was during World War II when the United States dropped two bombs.

One was dropped on Hiroshima and the other one was dropped on Nagasaki. Today, there are five countries that have nuclear weapons under the treaty. They are United States, Russia, United Kingdom, China and France. Others that have nuclear weapons but are not a part of the treaty include North Korea, Pakistan and India. It is hard to say whether nuclear weapons will be used again, but there is a great chance since several countries have them.
