There are a lot of speculations that ISIS started to become a bigger group ever since the US started to take over Iraq. Some are saying that Obama should be blamed for the rise of ISIS because people started to believe that they would need to do something in order to change the current situation that they are in. Some say that ISIS was formed way before.

When then-president Bush decided to have a war with Iraq, the group was formed. Right now, ISIS is considered to be the biggest threat to the United States, and this is also primarily the reason why there is no peace in the Middle East right now. The foreign military at that time ridiculed the capability of those from Iraq, and the people there may have decided to retaliate by creating a truly dangerous terrorist group that we know now as ISIS.
