Sociology is most times, mistaken for physiology. Sociology, as a disciple, makes using scientific knowledge and logical reasoning in order to give a better view of the activities of the nation. It is also used to see how individuals think, feel, and act. To understand how humans reason, we have to understand their group and social relationships. Sociologists are people that study sociology; they study the social patterns that are stable and changing over time.

Sociology provides the student with the aid of critical thinking skills and knowledge of society, groups, and social relationships to prepare them to have better information of individuals and take advantage of opportunities that come their way. To be a good sociologist, you must be able to recognize social trends and patterns, a skillful writer, speaker, and researcher.

The correct answer to this question is The groups within which we spend our lives with, for example, our families, school, communities, workplace, and societies. Sociology is a social science, and it is a study of society. The study done focuses on relationship patterns.

These patterns include focusing on how people interact in social settings, as well as how they react in everyday life. Parts of this science can be studied in high school as an elective, but the main objectives can be studied in college. A college student could study sociology as their major and create a career out of it.
