It is said that insanity is doing the same task in the same way over and over and expecting a different result. Sometimes in our lives, we make mistakes and do not learn how or why we made them. This can lead to repeating the mistake over and over again. Instead, we must take time to think about the mistake and what we did wrong and what we can do better next time. That is the only way that you can ensure that you do not make the same mistakes that resulted in failure over and over again.

It can also help to talk about it with someone else. By talking to someone else you can often notice something you may not have realized before or they can offer an outside perspective which is often very helpful.
