Correct answer is Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT).
TdT is a template independent DNA polymerase. It does not require a template and it will not copy one. It catalyzes the incorporation of single deoxynucleotide into the 3’ - hydroxyl terminus (3’ – OH) of DNA which is accompanied by the release of inorganic phosphate. For this action, cobalt is a necessary cofactor.

Tdt is expressed in immature, pre B and T lymphoid cells and acute lymphoblastic lymphoma cells. It is expressed in lymphoid organs such as thymus and bone marrow.
Therefore, option A, B and D is not correct.

Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase

Usually DNA & Polymerases need a template. But certain polymerases are unique and can add nucleotides without a template.
